Work is a fine place to be when my job is editing this kind of stuff.  The university filmed #54 doing dunks for brief segments of the new promotional dvd, and as a gift to Chris, I edited all the shots into a video to make him look good.  Really good. 

The purpose of the project was to give me experience in Avid for the first time.  The Ghana video was a department anomaly and needed Final Cut Pro.  I aimed to become familiar with the new software and use a wide variety of tools:  capturing, shortcuts, transitions, cutting and trimming, effects, rendering, titles and exporting.  I’m an Apple man, but Avid isn’t so bad after all.  Especially with that kaleidoscope effect!
